Hey. I’m McKenna (she/her), and I’m so glad you are here!
I get it, finding a therapist can be tough. You can learn more about me below!
Me as a Therapist
I’m passionate about helping young adults in their 20s and 30s build healthy relationships—with themselves and with others. If you’re navigating anxiety, perfectionism/emotional overwhelm, identity questions, or relationship challenges, you're in the right place.
My work often centers on self-esteem, stress management, getting you more connected with your body, and exploring the patterns that shape how you show up in the world so that you can live with more clarity, confidence, and intention.
Most clients would say I show up to our sessions in a way that is calm, warm, and empathetic; with a healthy dose of quirkiness to round it out. My work is grounded in a person-centered approach, which means that I deeply believe you are the expert of your own story. I try my best to create a safe, non-judgmental space where we can figure it out together.
Whether you’re feeling stuck or striving to grow, I offer a collaborative space where you can process out loud, explore creatively, and build the life you actually want to live.
Who am I outside of the therapy room?
Outside the therapy room, you might find me hiking, climbing, making music, knitting, traveling, or spending time with friends and family. I’m always on the go and often trying something new because curiosity often gets the best of me!
I am a creative at heart and deeply believe that so much healing can be found in the process of creating something new.
